Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together coconut flakes, flour and salt. Then with your hands, mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
- Using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, scoop the coconut dough onto lined cookie sheet(s).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Once cookies are finished you can dip them in melted chocolate
- Add chocolate chips or chopped almonds to the dough if desired.
