Directions

  1. On the stove over medium heat, bring a salted medium pot of water to a boil.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Boil chicken breast in the salted pot of water, for 7 minutes or until it reaches 165°F internally.
  4. In a medium bowl mix together chicken, cream cheese, wing sauce, 1/2 cup of Blue cheese, salt , and black pepper.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and remaining blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese on top is melted and browned.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite chips.
