Directions
- On the stove over medium heat, bring a salted medium pot of water to a boil.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Boil chicken breast in the salted pot of water, for 7 minutes or until it reaches 165°F internally.
- In a medium bowl mix together chicken, cream cheese, wing sauce, 1/2 cup of Blue cheese, salt , and black pepper.
- Top with shredded cheese and remaining blue cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese on top is melted and browned.
- Enjoy with your favorite chips.
