Directions
- Adjust oven rack for the lowest possible position. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- In the same bowl, mix in eggs and mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Top with more chocolate chips or nuts. Bake for 50 minutes.
- Halfway through baking, cover the bread with aluminum foil.
- After 50 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center and it should come out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow bread to cool then enjoy!

- 3 Bananas, mashed
- 2 cups Ginger Evans All Purpose Flour
- 1 Good Nature Large Egg, room temperature
- 3/4 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup Ginger Evans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Nutsome Chopped Walnuts
- 8 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Ginger Evans Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Marcum Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Marcum Salt
