Directions
- In a large bowl, combine and mix together mackerel, bread crumbs, mayo, eggs, and seasonings.
- Form into 4 cakes.
- In a large skillet, heat up oil over medium heat. Place the cakes in the pan for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 2 minutes then serve.
Recipe Tips
- Substitute Old Bay for Soul Seasoning if needed.
- Served with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

- 1/2 cup Marcum Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Kurtz Mayonnaise
- 1 egg Good Nature Eggs
- 2 tbsp Marcum Soul Seasoning
- 1 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Medeiros Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Marcum Salt
- 1/2 tsp Marcum Pepper
