Directions
- Defrost the Brussel sprouts in the microwave for 1 minute at 3 power
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200 degrees C).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with oil.
- Next, core and halve the brussel sprouts, rough chop garlic, dice your onion, and chop the bacon.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and toss until fully coated.
- Roast in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy and brussel sprouts are caramelized, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
