Jalapeno Popper Potato Salad

Directions
- Add potatoes to a medium sized pot with 2-quarts of water. Add 1 tsp of salt and bring to a boil.
- Allow potatoes to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Once done, drain the pot. Allow potatoes to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper.
- Stir potatoes into mixture, add in jalapenos, green onions, shredded cheese and chopped bacon.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with more jalapeno slices on top. Cover bowl and refrigerate before serving,
