Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta according to directions on the box.
- Drain noodles and drizzle with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, stir cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce together until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded cooked chicken, drained noodles, and some of the cheddar cheese and stir gently.
- Spoon buffalo chicken mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. The cheese on top should be melted and starting to brown.
- Garnish with a drizzle of ranch and hot sauce, then sprinkle on chopped green onions and serve!
Recipe Tips
- Blue cheese dressing can be substituted for ranch.
- Blue cheese crumbles can be a garnish as well.

- 1/2 cup Kurtz Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
- for garnish Green Onions, chopped
- 1 box Mantia's Penne Pasta
