- 12 oz Hargis House Corned Beef
- 8 Slices Grissom’s Sandwich Bread
- 8 Slices Coburn Farm’s Swiss Slices
- 4 tbsp Coburn Farm’s Butter
- 2 tbsp Kurtz Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Kurtz Worcestershire
- in a large skillet over medium heat, put 1 tsp of oil in the pan, and add the corned beef
- Heat up for 2-3 minutes
- While the corned beef is warming, in a small bowl mix together the Mustard and Worcestershire to create a sauce.
- Lower the heat in the pan to low-medium, add butter to the pan and let melt.
- Then add two slices of bread face down and let toast for 2 minutes, after that flip the pieces, place cheese, sauce, then corned beef in that order.
- Allow the cheese to melt for 3-5 minutes then assemble your sandwich and enjoy.
- Pour a dash of Guinness or any Stout to feel even more Irish.
