- 1 box Portside Battered Fish Fillets
- 1 bag Fairhill Farms Any Frozen Vegetable
- Countryside Station Fries (any variety), as desired
- Kurtz Tartar Sauce, for dipping
- Preheat your oven according to the Portside Battered Fish Fillet instructions & Countryside Station Fries
- Place product on sheet tray sprayed with cooking spray. Cook in the oven according to the directions on the package.
- Sauté or bake your Pickwell Farms vegetables your desired way.
- When the battered fish is done, toss in parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Serve alongside fries, vegetables, and tartar sauce for dipping
- Serve with malt vinegar and lemon wedges.
- Line table/plates with newspaper to create an English pub experience.
- Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley or Marcum dried parsley on the fish for more authentic flavor.
