White Chocolate Mousse

  • 4 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Coburn Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Evans Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Salt
  1. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream at a high speed until stiff peaks begin to develop. Be careful not to overwhip the cream.
  2. Set the bowl aside in the refrigerator covered .
  3. Next melt the white chocolate in a small pot over low heat. Or in the microwave, 30 seconds each time. Stir to ensure everything is melted.
  4. Using the same beaters/ whisks to beat the whipping cream, beat the cream cheese and 1 tbsp of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the vanilla, salt, and white chocolate on medium speed until smooth
  6. Now fold in the whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours for a firmer mousse.
  8. Slice strawberries, then top use them as a garnish for the mousse
