Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 head, Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Mantia’s Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Medeiros Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Black Pepper
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 °F
  2. In a large bowl, toss your cauliflower florets in the oil, then lemon juice, half the zest, parmesan, red pepper, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once the florets are covered in the seasoning, place them on a oven safe sheet pan lined with parchment paper
  4. Let the cauliflower roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Once those 15 minutes are done, flip them and cook for another 10 minutes
  6. Garnish with the rest of the lemon zest
