Directions
- Portion ground beef into eight 4oz patties. Season with salt and pepper. Place in fridge while prepping other items.
 - Prepare bacon using desired method.
 - Place a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties in skillet and cook 6 minutes each side.
 - While burgers are cooking, in the same pan add the chopped onions. Allow to cook with the beef.
 - Once burgers are ready, remove them and the onions from the pan. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over each patty and let the cheese melt.
 - Toast buns in oven or on stove top until slightly crispy.
 - Spread peanut butter onto each bun then add bacon, pickles, onions, and cheese. You can add lettuce, tomato and ketchup if desired.
 - Enjoy!

- Ground Beef 2 lb
 - Farmington Bacon, thick cut 16 slices
 - Coburn Farm Cheddar Cheese 8 slices
 - Nutsome Peanut Butter 8 tsp
 - Kurtz Ketchup as desired
 - Kurtz Dill Pickles as desired
 - Onion, chopped 1 or 2
 - Lettuce, shredded as desired
 - Tomatoes, sliced as desired
 - Grissom's Hamburger Buns 8 buns
 - Marcum Salt to taste
 - Marcum Pepper to taste
