Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced onion, cumin, salsa, and minced jalapeno. Save the jalapeno stem.
  2. Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, and form the mixture into a pumpkin shaped ball.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. After the ball is chilled, crush up J. Higgs Xtreme Nacho Cheese chips and coat the ball.
  5. Press the jalapeno stem on top of the ball. Put on a plate, surrounded by tortilla chips and enjoy!

  • 16 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 + 1/2 cups Coburn Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup J. Higgs Xtreme Nacho Cheese Chips, crushed
  • 2 tbs Senora Verde Salsa, Mild or Medium
  • as desired, Senora Verde Resturant Style Tortilla Chips
  • 3 tbs Jalapeno, minced
  • 3 tbs Marcum Minced Onion
  • 2 tbs Marcum Cumin
