Directions
- In a food processor, blend cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced onion, cumin, salsa, and minced jalapeno. Save the jalapeno stem.
- Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, and form the mixture into a pumpkin shaped ball.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- After the ball is chilled, crush up J. Higgs Xtreme Nacho Cheese chips and coat the ball.
- Press the jalapeno stem on top of the ball. Put on a plate, surrounded by tortilla chips and enjoy!

- 16 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 + 1/2 cups Coburn Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup J. Higgs Xtreme Nacho Cheese Chips, crushed
- 2 tbs Senora Verde Salsa, Mild or Medium
- as desired, Senora Verde Resturant Style Tortilla Chips
- 3 tbs Jalapeno, minced
- 3 tbs Marcum Minced Onion
- 2 tbs Marcum Cumin
