Directions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add in the ham and cook in the butter until browned, about 5 minutes.
 - Add the onions into the pot and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Add the carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes.
 - Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until the peas are very soft and breaking apart. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- 1 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
 - 1 cup Diced Farmington Ham
 - 1 Large Onion, 1/2-inch dice (about 1 1/2 cups)
 - 2 Carrots, 1/2-inch dice (about 1 cup)
 - 2 Celery Stalks, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 1 1/2 cups)
 - 1/2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
 - 8 cups Marcum Chicken Broth
 - 1 lb Wylwood Green Split Peas
 - Marcum Salt & Black Pepper Ground
