(CARLISLE, KY) (MAY 17, 2023) Save A Lot, one of the largest discount grocery chains in the U.S., today announced it’s coming back to the Carlisle community. The store, located at 2473 Concrete Rd, marked its grand opening on May 17, giving local residents the opportunity to experience Save A Lot’s outstanding quality and value. The store closed two years ago after sustaining flood damage from record rainfall in the area.

During the May 17 event, the store is doing giving aways to the first 100 customers each day through May 23.

“We are excited to bring the Save A Lot banner back to Carlisle,” said Larry Noe, Saver Group Owner. “My business partners, Dale and Wendell Combs and I understand that residents deserve high quality food at a value price point that works for them. We think the Save A Lot brand helps us deliver that to our neighbors here and we can’t wait to have people experience this new option in town.”

Save A Lot believes that all neighborhoods should have access to fresh, high quality food options. Stores focus on offering everyday low prices on great tasting, high quality private label brands as well as national brand products, USDA-inspected meat cut fresh in store, farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, and other non-food items.

The Carlisle store is open Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Customers can learn more by visiting SaveALot.com.
