Loaded Baked Potato Salad

Yields: 8

  • 2 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1  1/3 cups Kurtz salad dressing
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Evans sugar
  • 1 tsp Marcum parsley flake
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Kurtz real bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup Coburn Farms shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Cook potatoes in boiling for 15 minutes or just until tender. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad dressing, green onions, sugar, parsley flake, black pepper and bacon bits.
  3. Fold the cooled potatoes and shredded cheese into the dressing. Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled.
