Roasted Turkey Breast

  • 5 lbs Butterball, Boneless Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Tipton Grove Apple Juice
  • 1  1/2 tsp Marcum Thyme, leaves
  • 1 tsp Marcum Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger Evans Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Tap Water, cold
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Place turkey skin side up on a rack, in a large roasting pan.
  3. Roast uncovered for 1 hour.
  4. Next mix apple juice, melted butter, seasonings, and garlic together. Then brush half of the contents all over the turkey.
  5. Roast for another 30 minutes
  6. Brush the remaining mixture on the turkey once more.
  7. Roast for another 1 hour
  8. Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165℉, remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
  9. Pour pan drippings into a measuring cup, skimming off fat. Heat in a skillet adding in cornstarch and 2 tbsp of tap water. Stir and let boil for 1 minute. season to taste
  1. Season with garlic pepper, and seasoned salt for added flavor
