Place turkey skin side up on a rack, in a large roasting pan.
Roast uncovered for 1 hour.
Next mix apple juice, melted butter, seasonings, and garlic together. Then brush half of the contents all over the turkey.
Roast for another 30 minutes
Brush the remaining mixture on the turkey once more.
Roast for another 1 hour
Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165℉, remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
Pour pan drippings into a measuring cup, skimming off fat. Heat in a skillet adding in cornstarch and 2 tbsp of tap water. Stir and let boil for 1 minute. season to taste
