Stove Top Chili

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
2 tsp ground cumin
6 tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 can water
2 tsp, minced garlic
4 cups, diced Yellow Onions
2 cups, diced green bell peppers
2 cans Tomato Soup
2 cans Dark Kidney Beans
2 cans Pinto Beans
8 oz Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Iodized Salt

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef on medium-high heat in a skillet.
  2. Once brown, drain the beef.
  3. In a large stockpot, pour oil in to saute the bell pepper and onion. Once they are slightly soft, add in minced garlic and beef.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, beans, soup, water, and seasonings.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
  6. Allow to simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir in vinegar gradually.

Notes

Add shredded cheese on top for extra flavor before serving.
