Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Peel carrots and cut them in half long ways.
- Line a sheet tray with parchment paper, and spray with cooking spray.
- Take all ingredients (except for carrots) and mix together in a bowl.
- Place carrots on sheet tray and top with 3/4 of the mixture.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, top with the remaining mixture, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Add dill and fresh parsley as a garnish
- Top with feta for an added depth of flavor

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of Kurtz Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp of Bramley's Honey
- 2 Lemon, zested & juiced
- 1 tsp of Marcum Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Marcum Thyme
- 1 tsp of Marcum Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Marcum Paprika
- 1/2 tsp of Marcum Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp of Marcum Salt
