- 14 oz Coburn Farms Gouda
- 16 oz Coburn Farms Meunster, chopped and melted
- 8 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Milk (2%)
- 1 White Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Marcum Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Salt h
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds
- Chop gouda and meunster into small cubes.
- Heat medium saucepan to low heat. Add milk, and let it get warm.
- Once small bubbles develop on outside of milk, gradually add in cheese one cup at a time until all cheese is added.
- Constantly stir cheese and milk so they are fully mixed together. Then add cream cheese and continue to mix.
- Once cream cheese is fully mixed into the cheese, add the onion and seasonings.
- Transfer into a bowl. Serve warm or chilled.
- Pairs well with Easton’s Soft Pretzels
- Add 1/4 cup of your favorite larger or dark beer with the milk to make a beer cheese
- Brie cheese can be substituted for meunster
