Mac & Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

• 1 (14-oz.) package So-Cheezy Deluxe Mac & Cheese Dinner
• 1 (13.8-oz.) roll Grissom’s Refrigerated Pizza Dough
• 1/2 lb. Farmington Original Sausage, cooked and crumbled
• 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 1 cup Coburn Farms Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/4 cup Mantia’s Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 °F.
2. Prepare Mac & Cheese according to package directions.
3. Meanwhile, unroll pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet. Using tips of fingers, pat dough into ¼-inch thick rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.
4. Spread Mac & Cheese onto crust and top with cooked sausage, diced pepper and cheeses.
5. Bake until edge of crust is golden brown, about 10-12 minutes
