Mac Attack Hot Dogs
Ingredients:
- Mac Attack Sauce
- Kurtz Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Kurtz Mustard 2 tbsp
- Kurtz Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Kurtz Relish 1 tbsp
- Kurtz Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Marcum Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
- Marcum Onion Powder 1/2 tsp
- Marcum Salt 1/4 tsp
- Marcum Paprika 1/4 tsp
- Other Ingredients
- Farmington Hot Dogs, sliced 8
- Coburn Farms American Cheese Slices 8
- Grissom's Hot Dog Buns 8
- Kurtz Pickles as desired
- Lettuce, shredded 1/2 cup
- White Onion, small dice 1/2 cup
- Sesame Seeds to top
Directions:
- Sauce Preparation
- In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Hot Dog Preparation
- Place your grill on medium heat.
- Grill hot dog for about 5 minutes or until the grill marks appear.
- Toast hot dog buns on grill.
- Assemble by placing a slice of cheese in the bun then the hot dog.
- Top with Mac Attack sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles and sesame seeds.
