Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together beef and seasonings.
- Mold beef into four 6oz patties and heat in pan on medium heat or on the grill.
- In a bowl, pour half cup of marinara and microwave for 1 minute to warm.
- In a sauté pan over medium heat, sauté pepperoni for 1 to 2 minutes to the point where they start to cup.
- Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Once cooked, place one slice of cheese on each patty.
- Assemble your burger on a hamburger bun. Place patty with melted cheese, a tablespoon of marinara sauce followed by 4 pieces of pepperoni.
Recipe Tips
- Add red onion. roasted zucchini, or banana peppers for a more authentic pizza flavor.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on top if desired.

- 4 slices Coburn Farms Mozzarella Slices
- 1/2 cup Mantia's Marinara
