Directions
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain fat.
- Stir in package of taco seasoning and add in 3/4 cup of water then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While this is cooking, prepare your hot dogs in a skillet. Place on medium heat and add 1 tbs of oil. Cook hot dogs, rolling to ensure they get a good sear.
- Once the meat and hot dogs are ready, assemble your taco.
- Place hot dog in the taco shell, then add seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce and finally chopped cilantro.
Recipe Tips
- Add queso fresco, jalapeno, chopped white/red onion or any other taco topping you desire.

- Coburn Farms Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese 1/2 cup
- Coburn Farms Sour Cream as desired
- Senora Verde Taco Sauce as desired
- Senora Verde Taco Seasoning 1 packet
- Lettuce, shredded 1/4 head
- Cilantro, chopped as desired
