Directions

  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in package of taco seasoning and add in 3/4 cup of water then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. While this is cooking, prepare your hot dogs in a skillet. Place on medium heat and add 1 tbs of oil. Cook hot dogs, rolling to ensure they get a good sear.
  6. Once the meat and hot dogs are ready, assemble your taco.
  7. Place hot dog in the taco shell, then add seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce and finally chopped cilantro.

Recipe Tips

  • Add queso fresco, jalapeno, chopped white/red onion or any other taco topping you desire.

  • Farmington Hot Dogs 8
  • Taco Shells 8
  • Coburn Farms Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Coburn Farms Sour Cream as desired
  • Senora Verde Taco Sauce as desired
  • Senora Verde Taco Seasoning 1 packet
  • Lettuce, shredded 1/4 head
  • Cilantro, chopped as desired
