Harvest Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

• 1 box of Easton's Mac & Cheese
• 1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
• 1 cup of Coburn Farms Cheddar Cheese Shreds
• 1 tsp of Marcum Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp of Marcum Chili Powder
• 1 tsp of Marcum Italian Seasoning
• 1/4 tsp of Marcum Rosemary
• to taste Marcum Salt
• to taste Marcum Pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove heat-safe tray from carton of mac & cheese and place on a cooking sheet in the center of the oven. Leave film on the tray and bake for 30 minutes.
3. Remove tray from oven and transfer the contents to a sprayed 9×13 baking dish.
4. Add in all the remaining ingredients and seasonings, then mix thoroughly.
5. Cover the dish with cling wrap and cook an additional 20 minutes.
6. Remove dish from oven, let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Recipe tips:

• Top with Bacon Bits or toasted pumpkin seeds.
• Garnish with hot honey.
• Add a 1/2 tsp of cumin and a 1 tsp of paprika for even more flavor.
