Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

  • 3 lbs Fresh Chicken Wings, thawed
  • 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 12 oz (2) Iceberg Garden Salad Kit
  • 3 Tbsp Ginger Evans Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Marcum Lemon Pepper
  • 2 tsp Marcum Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Marcum Paprika
  • 1 tsp Marcum Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Marcum Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Marcum Black Pepper
  1. Measure out dry ingredients, and mix them together in a bowl until fully incorporated.
  2. Toss thawed wings in the seasoning making sure each wing is evenly coated with a generous amount of seasoning.
  3. Preheat grill on medium – high heat.
  4. Once grill is hot, use a grill-safe nonstick spray or brush oil on the grates to ensure wings do not stick.
  5. Place wings on oiled grill grates and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Turn wings so they become crispy.
  6. Move chicken wings to indirect heat and continue to cook with the lid closed for another 6-8 minute or until 165°F.
  7. Squeeze lemon over wings before serving.
  8. Prepare salad kit with your favorite Kurtz Dressing.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color
  • Add 1/4 tsp of cayenne for a spicy take on this recipe
  • Zest 1 whole lemon for an added citrus component
  • Use the Marcum Lemon Pepper Salt Free option if you want less sodium
