Directions

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, add banana pudding mix and whisk in 4 cups of cold milk and vanilla.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. While the pudding is chilling, slice bananas and smash chocolate chip cookies or place them in a food processor.
  4. In bowl or glass, assemble pudding: first a layer of wafers, then pudding, then bananas, then repeat depending on the size of serving dish.
  5. Let the pudding rest in your refrigerator for another hour then garnish with a caramel drizzle, cookie dust, and more bananas.

Recipe Tips

  • Use Vanilla Pudding besides bananas
  • Omit the caramel and chocolate chip cookies for a more traditional pudding
  • for a silkier pudding substitute 1 can of sweetened condensed milk for a cup of regular milk

  • 4 cups of Coburn Farms Milk
  • 8 oz of Sunny's Vanilla Wafers
  • 8 oz of Sunny's Chocolate Chip Cookies, smashed
  • 1 container of World's Fair Whipped Topping
  • 1/4 cup of Caramel Topping
  • 2 packages of Banana Cream Pudding
  • 1/2 tbsp of Marcum Vanilla Extract
