Cheesy Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients:

• Corn Muffin Mix 1 box
• Farmington Hot Dogs, sliced 6
• Coburn Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
• Good Nature Egg 1
• Milk 1/3 cup

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Spray a muffin tray with cooking spray or line with six baking cups.
3. In a bowl, combine corn muffin mix, milk, cheddar cheese and egg.
4. Slice your hot dogs and fold them into the mix.
5. Pour the mixture into muffin tins, filling the tin up 2/3 of the way.
6. Bake for 14-18 minutes. Let muffins cool for 5 minutes before eating.

Recipe tips:

• Add 2 tbs of chopped jalapeno for a spicy kick.
• Brush honey and butter on the muffins with 5 minutes left in the cooking time for a golden brown top.
