  • 1 Fully Cooked Spiral-Sliced Ham, 8-10 lb.
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup Bramley's Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Kurtz Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Coburn Farms Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Kurtz Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Marcum Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Marcum Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Tipton Grove Apple Juice
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan.
  2. Pour apple juice around ham. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake 10–12 minutes per lb. or until ham is heated through.
  4. Combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, melted butter, vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves in a small bowl.
  5. Remove foil during the final 30 minutes of baking. Brush half of glaze over ham.
  6. Bake 15 minutes. Brush remaining glaze over ham, allowing glaze to reach between slices.
  7. Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes, or until glaze is caramelized and ham reaches 140°F.
  8. Rest 15 minutes before serving.
  • Use a fully cooked ham packaged in a federally inspected plant.
  • If glaze browns too quickly, loosely cover ham with foil.
  • Spoon warm pan juices over sliced ham before serving.
