- 8 slices Grissom’s White Bread
- 4 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Coburn Farms Milk
- as desired, Blueberries
- as desired, Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Marcum Cinnamon, Ground
- as desired, Morning Delight Syrup
- 1 tsp Marcum Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
- In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and milk until fully incorporated. Add in a dash of cinnamon then vanilla and whisk again.
- Next heat up a large skillet over medium heat. Allow the pan to get warm
- Add butter, let melt. While melting dip the bread into the eggs mixture. Coating both sides. Then transfer to the pan.
- Pan Fry the bread on each side for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the French toast is cooking, wash your fruit. Next mix together powder sugar and cinnamon.
- Once French Toast is golden brown sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top, fresh berries, and top with syrup.
- Squeeze lemon juice, or a fresh orange over the French Toast for more citrus flavor
