Directions
- Chop up roast beef slices, celery, and green onions then set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, chopped roast beef, cracked black pepper, and pot roast seasoning mix.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy with carrots, celery and chips, if desired.
Recipe Tips
- Use Hargis House Roast Beef & Gravy canned product as a substitute for Farmington. And place in the food processor along with the sour cream
- A tsp of Worcestershire sauce would give another dimension of flavor to this dish.
