Ingredients
2 cups milk or almond milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt, frozen
2 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Large handful of ice
