BBQ Corn Ribs

  • 4 ears Corn, shucked
  • 4 Tbsp Marcum Memphis BBQ Rub
  • 2 tsp Ginger Evans Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Kurtz BBQ Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into quarters to create “rib” strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine Marcum Memphis BBQ Rub and Ginger Evans Brown Sugar. Then toss the corn ribs in the seasoning.
  4. Place corn ribs on a lined baking sheet (cut side down for best texture).
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Corn should curl slightly and develop light char.
  6. Remove from oven and lightly toss in Kurtz BBQ Sauce, then return to the oven for 2-3 more minutes.
  • Use any of the Kurtz BBQ sauces and Marcum seasonings additional flavor combinations
  • If you want to Air fry the corn, then cook them for 12-15 minutes at 380°F.
