BBQ Corn Ribs
Ingredients:
- 4 ears Corn, shucked
- 4 Tbsp Marcum Memphis BBQ Rub
- 2 tsp Ginger Evans Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Kurtz BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into quarters to create “rib” strips.
- In a bowl, combine Marcum Memphis BBQ Rub and Ginger Evans Brown Sugar. Then toss the corn ribs in the seasoning.
- Place corn ribs on a lined baking sheet (cut side down for best texture).
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Corn should curl slightly and develop light char.
- Remove from oven and lightly toss in Kurtz BBQ Sauce, then return to the oven for 2-3 more minutes.
Recipe tips:
- Use any of the Kurtz BBQ sauces and Marcum seasonings additional flavor combinations
- If you want to Air fry the corn, then cook them for 12-15 minutes at 380°F.
