Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

- 10 Flour Tortillas
- 3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Pour oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Cut tortilla into strips about 2 inchs wide. Fry 3-5 strips at a time until golden brown and crisp. Turn over once and repeat the same process.
- Remove and set on a paper towel. Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon and sugar mixture while still warm. Serve immediately.
