Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup queso fresco, 1/4 cup cilantro, mayonesa, sour cream, lime zest and juice. Salt to taste. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 cans drained Senora Verde Mexican-Style Street Corn and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chili powder in the last minute and stir well.
  3. Combine cheese mixture and corn in a bowl; stir until well mixed. Garnish with remaining cheese and cilantro.

  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp La Tierra de Sabores Queso Fresco, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp La Tierra de Sabores Mayonesa
  • 2 Tbsp Coburn Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp (or to taste) Marcum Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Medeiros Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Marcum Chili Powder
