Honey Pecan Apple Dip

Yields: 1  1/2 cups

  • 1 (8 oz.) package Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Coburn Farms Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Bramley’s Honey + extra for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Evans Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Marcum Cinnamon Ground
  • 1/2 cup Nutsome Pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 2 Apples, sliced
  1. Using an electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, honey and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Toast the pecans in a dry skillet until fragrant and let cool. Reserve 1-2 teaspoons for garnish then stir remaining pecans into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Drizzle honey on top of dip and sprinkle on reserved pecans.
  4. Serve with sliced apples.
