Ingredients
1 (8 oz) Package Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Lowfat Milk
1 Package Dried Beef
3 Tbsp Horseradish
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese

Notes

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese in bowl. Mix together with milk, sour cream and horseradish.
  2. Add finely chopped dried beef to the mixture, and blend thoroughly.
  3. Mold mixture with clean hands to form a ball.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
