Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a baking dish, drain half of the oil out of the sardines and add in vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then enjoy with crackers or bread.

Recipe Tips

  • Add balsamic on top or fresh cut basil

  • 2 cans Portside Sardines in Oil
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes, small dice
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion, small dice
  • 2 tsp Garlic, mined
  • 1 half Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • a pinch Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
  • a pinch Marcum Ground Black Pepper
