Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a muffin tray with cooking spray or line with six baking cups.
- In a bowl, combine corn muffin mix, milk, cheddar cheese and egg.
- Slice your hot dogs and fold them into the mix.
- Pour the mixture into muffin tins, filling the tin up 2/3 of the way.
- Bake for 14-18 minutes. Let muffins cool for 5 minutes before eating.
Recipe Tips
- Add 2 tbs of chopped jalapeno for a spicy kick.
- Brush honey and butter on the muffins with 5 minutes left in the cooking time for a golden brown top.
