Directions
- In a large stock pot over medium heat, boil water.
- Place brats in the water and allow to boil for 5-10 or until they begin to float.
- Remove Brats from water and pat dry.
- Grill over medium heat on oiled grates.
- Grill each brat for 5- 7 minutes.
- While grilling, heat up sauerkraut in a skillet for 5-10 minutes, or until it begins to caramelize.
- Remove brats from the grill, place Swiss cheese over each brat and allow to melt.
- Assemble brat, place sauerkraut over the cheese, top with thousand island and enjoy!

- as needed Grissom's Hot Dog Buns
- as desired Fairhill Farms Sauerkraut
- as needed Kurtz 1000 Island Dressing
- 1 pack Coburn Farms Swiss Cheese Slice
