Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add spaghetti and cook for 9 minutes. Reserve one cup of pasta water.
- While the pasta is cooking, season shrimp with salt.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil then garlic and pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds then add shrimp.
- Cook shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until they become pink. Remove shrimp from pan and add wine and lemon juice to pan.
- Allow to cook for 2 additional minutes on medium heat.
- Return shrimp to pan, along with pasta, 1/2 cup of pasta water, and butter. Stir together to ensure butter is melted and sauce is mixed.
- Add more water if needed, season with parsley, pepper, and additional salt and crushed red pepper if desired.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
Recipe Tips
- Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc are acceptable wines to use in this recipe.

- 1 lb of Mantia's Spaghetti
- 1/3 cup of Mederios Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp of Coburn Farms Butter
- 1/3 cup of White Wine, dry
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp of Marcum Parsley
- 1/2 tsp of Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp of Marcum Salt
