Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season thawed Tilapia fillets generously with the La Tierra de Sabores Adobo with Pepper.
  3. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and bake fillets for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the fillets are done, cut them in half long ways.
  5. Heat up/toast tortillas to your preference.
  6. Assemble your taco, place half the Tilapia on the tortilla followed by the shredded lettuce or coleslaw, jalapeno, mayonesa, cilantro then queso. Enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Sliced avocado and diced red onion as another garnish
  • Add pickled red onion on top for more traditional flavor

  • 4 fillets of Portside Tilapia
  • 8 La Tierra de Sabores 8" Tortillas or Tostadas
  • 1/4 cup of La Tierra de Sabores Mayonesa w/ Lime
  • 8 La Tierra de Sabores Whole Jalapenos, sliced
  • La Tierra de Sabores Queso Fresco, crumbled as needed
  • 2 tbsp of La Tierra de Sabores Adobo with Pepper
  • Cilantro, chopped as needed
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bag of Lettuce / Cole Slaw
