Directions
- In a large pot, fill with water until corned beef is covered by an inch. Add in seasoning packet, and bring to a boil.
- Cover pot and let cook for 2 hours on medium heat.
- After 2 hours, add potatoes & carrots to the pot and continue to cook while you prepare the other ingredients.
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of oil, and allow to get hot. Once hot, add cabbage, onion, garlic and seasonings.
- Let cook for 7 minutes, then add butter and Worcestershire sauce, and allow to simmer for 20 more minutes.
- Once the cabbage is tender, remove corned beef from pot, allow potatoes and beef to cool before assembling your plate.
Recipe Tips
- Add another few tbsp of Butter and a tsp of tabasco sauce during step 5 to braise the cabbage & onion.
- Also add a cup of Guinness during step 5 for a more festive flavor profile.

- 2 tbsp of Coburn Farms Sweet Cream Butter, unsalted
- 1 tbsp of Kurtz Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 bag of Red Potatoes
- 3 large Carrots, chopped
- 1 head of Cabbage. cored & large dice
- 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp of Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of Mederios Oil
- 1/4 tsp of Marcum Chili Powder
- 1 tsp of Marcum Coriander
- 1 tsp of Marcum Paprika
- 1 tsp of Marcum Salt
- 1 tsp of Marcum Black Pepper
