Directions

  1. In a large pot, add oil then saute onions on medium for 5 minutes.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, canned chicken and chili seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add beans and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Recipe Tips

  • Double the ingredients for a heartier chili
  • Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream
  • Double beans can give extra protein

Ingredients

  • 20 oz of Hargis House Canned Chicken Breast, drained
  • 1 can of Fairhill Farms Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can of Farihill Farms Tomato Sauce
  • 2 packets of Marcum Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can of Wylwood Chili Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Onion, ½" dice
  • 2 tbsp of Mederios Oil
