
Ravioli with Lemon Butter Sauce

Directions
- In a large pot, boil 4 quarts of salted water.
- Once boiling, add ravioli and let cook for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, and drain the rest.
- In a skillet on low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice and pasta water and simmer for 2 minutes while whisking.
- Add salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix in ravioli. Assemble plate and garnish with parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
Recipe Tips
- Add blanched, sliced asparagus for another flavor
- Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream or chicken stock to provide further depth of flavor.
- Substitute fresh herbs for dried to give the dish a fresher feel.

- Coburn Farms Shredded Parmesan Cheese as needed
- 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of Marcum Parsley
- 4 tbsp of Lemon, juiced & zested
- Marcum Salt & Pepper as needed
