Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together tuna, mayo, celery, green onion, and pickled red onion. Add black pepper and salt as desired.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter then lay down two pieces of bread. Place a slice of cheese on each piece.
- Put a large spoonful of tuna on one piece of bread.
- Allow the bread to brown and the cheese to melt for roughly 4 minutes, then remove the pieces from the skillet, and assemble your sandwich.
- Repeat for the second sandwich.
- Slice on a bias and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Use marble rye bread instead of White
- Add sliced tomato or raw white onion to the sandwich for an extra flavor.

- 4 slices Coburn Farms Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices Grissom's White Bread
- 2 tbsp Kurtz Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
- 1 tbsp Picked Red Onion
- 1 Celery Stalk, minced
- 1 Green Onion, minced
