Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook Italian sausage and diced onion until sausage is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Create layers in the following order: 3 lasagna noodles, â…“ of the meat sauce, â…“ of the mozzarella cheese, sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat layers two more times, finishing with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned.
  11. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • 9 sheets Mantia's Lasagna Pasta
  • 2 cups Coburn Farms Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Coburn Farms Parmesan, shredded
  • 24 oz Mantia's Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Onion, small dice
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Salt
  • to taste Marcum Black Pepper
