Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together beef and seasoning.
  2. Mold beef into four 6oz patties and heat in pan on medium heat or on grill.
  3. Cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Once cooked, place one slice of cheese on each patty.
  4. While burgers are cooking, follow cooking instructions on the Hash Browns packaging.
  5. While burgers are resting, fry four eggs.
  6. Assemble your burger on a burger bun. Place a patty, followed by the hash browns, bacon, then egg and enjoy!

  • Farmington Bacon, fully cooked 8 pieces
  • Countryside Station Hash Browns, Shredded 4 oz

  • Marcum Steak & Chop Seasoning 1 tbsp
