Directions

  1. Prep fillings, cook any meats or vegetables you want to place in your omelets. Once cooked set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
  3. You’ll cook 4 separate omelets (one per serving).
  4. Heat ½ tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour in about 2 eggs’ worth of mixture.
  6. Let eggs cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes until edges set.
  7. Gently lift edges with a spatula and tilt pan to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
  8. When mostly set but still slightly soft on top, add fillings on one half.
  9. Fold the omelet in half.
  10. Cook another 30–60 seconds until cheese melts and eggs are fully set.
  11. Slide onto plate and enjoy.
