Directions
- Prep fillings, cook any meats or vegetables you want to place in your omelets. Once cooked set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
- You’ll cook 4 separate omelets (one per serving).
- Heat ½ tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in about 2 eggs’ worth of mixture.
- Let eggs cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes until edges set.
- Gently lift edges with a spatula and tilt pan to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
- When mostly set but still slightly soft on top, add fillings on one half.
- Fold the omelet in half.
- Cook another 30–60 seconds until cheese melts and eggs are fully set.
- Slide onto plate and enjoy.
