Directions
- Spray a 2 or 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Soul Seasoning, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the imitation crab, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the dip is hot, creamy, and the cheese is fully melted.
- Once heated through, switch the slow cooker to WARM for serving.
- Garnish with additional green onions and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese if desired. Eat with chips.
Recipe Tips
- Maintain at 135°F or higher while serving.
- Stir every 20–30 minutes to maintain a smooth consistency.
- Hold on the WARM setting for up to 2 hours.
